Who handles your request
Easy Life Cleaning handles the personal information you give us when asking about cleaning services. For questions about your information, contact info@easylifecleaning.co.uk.
What we collect and why
The forms ask for your name, email, phone number, property address and postcode, service requirements, property details, preferred dates and any notes you choose to provide. We use this information to prepare your quotation, discuss availability and manage a booking you request. Required contact and property fields help us respond and assess the work; if you prefer, you can enquire by email instead. Please do not include payment details, health information or other sensitive information in the notes.
Quote requests are saved as leads in our private customer management system. Booking requests await office review. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking, take payment or subscribe you to marketing.
How we use and share information
We use your information to take steps at your request towards a cleaning contract and to perform an agreed booking. We also keep limited technical and activity records for our legitimate interests in preventing spam, protecting the service and resolving queries. We do not use these forms to make automated decisions about you.
Authorised office staff review your request. Assigned cleaning staff receive the job information needed to provide the service after confirmation. Our website and private system use Wix, Vercel and Supabase; Google Gmail handles office notifications and customer confirmation emails once connected. These providers process information to operate their services. Some processing may take place outside the UK; contact us for details of the applicable arrangements and safeguards.
How long records are needed
Retention depends on whether your enquiry remains active, a booking follows, or information is needed to resolve a query, dispute or legal record-keeping obligation. Please contact us about the retention of a particular request, or to ask for information that is no longer needed to be removed. Closing a request in our system does not itself erase the original record.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for access to your information, correction of inaccurate details, or deletion or restriction where applicable. You may also have rights to object and to receive a portable copy. Contact us using the email above. If you are concerned about our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and technical records
The request forms do not require an account. Technical request records and limited anti-spam counters help protect submissions. Wix and our hosting providers may process connection information when loading the site; links to external services are covered by those services’ notices.
