Elitebright Cleaning offers top-notch cleaning services to cater to your luxurious lifestyle. Our experienced team is dedicated to ensuring that your living spaces maintain their pristine condition. Kitchen: Sinks, Surfaces, Fridges, Ovens cleaned and sanitised. Bedroom: Behind furnishings, Mirrors and surfaces cleaned and sanitised. All rooms will be swept/vacuumed and mopped, including skirting and side boards and other surfaces. Additions include: Carpet/Hard floor Cleaning - £30 per room Window Cleaning Outside - £5 per window Upholstery - Curtains - £7 per curtain Sofa - £10 per Sofa


Cancellation Policy

By scheduling a service, you agree to comply with this policy, which adheres to UK law. Booking & Confirmation: Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. All services are subject to availability. Once booked, you'll receive confirmation via email or text. Please review to ensure details are correct. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Client Cancellations: More than 48 hours: No charge. Less than 48 hours: 50% of service cost. Same-day: Full service charge applies. Rescheduling: Allowed without penalty if requested at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a fee may apply. EliteBrightCleaning Cancellations: In cases of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel, with either a rescheduled service or full refund offered. Payment & Pricing: Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfers, cards, or cash. A non-refundable deposit (up to 25%) may apply for larger services. Prices include VAT. Access to Property: Please ensure cleaners have timely access. If unable to access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the full service charge applies. For key access, we take security measures to safeguard access. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for high-quality service. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours for a complimentary re-clean within 72 hours. Health & Safety: Cleaners will not be required to clean areas posing health risks. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any known hazards. We use eco-friendly cleaning products but will consider client-provided products if safe and appropriate. Liability & Insurance: We hold Public Liability Insurance for damages caused by our staff, excluding pre-existing damage. Clients should secure valuables; EliteBrightCleaning is not liable for undisclosed high-risk or irreplaceable items. Data Protection: Client information is collected for service purposes only, in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018. All client details are kept confidential unless required by law. Policy Changes: This Booking Policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
